Ministerio Dios Proveera (MDP) is a non-profit organization inspired by Christian values to bring hope.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to demonstrate God's love to those forsaken by life's circumstances by providing hunger relief, spiritual counseling, and supplies for daily necessities.

How MDP works

We meet every second Saturday of each month to prepare and package every hot meal at our headquarters in Hawthorne, CA. We then commute to the Skid Row and distribute the meals to the homeless population while provide spiritual counseling and prayer to those in need.

 

Vision Statement

Our vision is to expand across the country and across the world to bring hope through God's love to those in need. By providing them with the fundamental necessities, it is our prayer that they will be reassured, renewed, and restored to become a better person in life.

Food Preparation

Volunteers and members meet at a designated area as early as eight in the morning. Each volunteer is assigned to a designated leader. The designated leader then guides him/her to complete the task. Everything is done in an orderly fashion.

Food Distribution

After all the meals are packed, volunteers and members head to Los Angeles, CA - Skid Row. The security team arrive first to secure the location and set up cones, tables, etc. Then, members and volunteers are given specific jobs to perform. Once everything is well organized, those in need line up and receive a hot meal.
